MY STORY
Emilie is a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping others find balance between food, exercise, and overall wellness. Having struggled to find a healthy relationship with food and exercise for several years, Emilie understands how difficult this can be.

She has put in the work to achieve a balanced and healthy approach to nutrition and fitness, and is eager to help others do the same.

Knowledgable about nutrition and physiology, she is passionate about helping others sift through the misinformation on nutrition and fitness, and empowering them to make improvements to their health through behavioral changes that will enhance their lives and overall wellness.
MY APPROACH
Emilie believes in an "all foods fit" approach to nutrition, which deems that that there are no good or bad foods - just simply foods that are more or less nutrient dense (all of which can fit into a balanced lifestyle). Emilie helps others finally make peace with food, while pursuing their health and fitness goals.​
